What if my balm arrives softened or melted?

Bring your package indoors promptly after delivery. Packages typically travel well in transit, but leaving a delivered package in direct sun or hot outdoor conditions can soften or melt the balm.

If your balm does soften or melt, only its texture changes—its function and benefits remain the same.

Let the closed container return to room temperature, or place it in the refrigerator to help the balm firm up. The texture may differ from its original consistency after it sets.
