Shipping, local pickup & appointments: frequently asked questions
Can I pick up an order at night?
Yes. The driveway farm-stand refrigerator is available 24 hours a day for collecting prepared, prepaid online pickup orders. Follow the pickup details provided with your order.
Can I arrive without placing an order?
For self-service skincare pickup, please order and pay online first, selecting pickup at checkout. Arrange an appointment if you would like to shop in person.
Do you also ship orders?
Yes. You can shop online for shipping instead of local pickup. Choose the appropriate option at checkout.
What if my tallow balm melts during shipping?
Our tallow balms are made with natural ingredients that can soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures. While this can happen during transit, it's especially common when packages are left outside in the heat after delivery. We recommend bringing your package inside as soon as it's delivered.
The good news? Melting doesn't mean your balm is ruined! It may change the texture or appearance, but it won't affect the balm's moisturizing properties. Simply place your balm in the refrigerator to allow it to firm back up. Keep in mind that whipped balms may not return to their original fluffy texture, but they're still perfectly usable!
Do you sell at vendor markets?
Yes, we also sell at vendor markets. Contact us for details about upcoming markets.
